Sales Taxes

All pricing on this store is shown excluding GST. RRP refers to the Hustler Retail Price, and NET refers to our dealer discounted price.



Returns

Any items returned in new condition, with a return form or packing slip/invoice, within 30 days of purchase will be credited no questions asked. Outside of these conditions, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

 

Shipping

In order to ensure that orders get sent correctly and in a timely manner, we are implementing some cutoffs:

  • Courier-able items in stock ordered before 3.45pm will be dispatched the same day on overnight courier.
  • Truck freight items in stock ordered before 12am will be dispatched the same day.

Any orders placed after these cutoffs may go, but there is no guarantee, as this is dependant on order volumes at this time of day.



Parts Warranty

We cover our Hustler Genuine Spare Parts with a 12 month warranty. Proof or purchase date must be supplied, and does not cover misuse, damage, or wearing items. Terms & Conditions Apply.
